Are there setup or onboarding fees?+
No. We don't charge setup, onboarding, or hidden fees. You only pay when your property is occupied.
Do you mark up maintenance?+
No. We pass vendor invoices through at cost and pass our negotiated rates on to you.
How do you screen tenants?+
We run background, credit, employment, and prior-rental verification on every applicant. Our denial rate is around 32%.
What's your average days on market?+

What happens if a tenant breaks the lease?+

When will I get paid?+
